Your head is
costing you points.

Every player has heard the same instruction: watch the ball into the strings and keep your head down through contact. Fairly straightforward. But the moment you hit it, your head comes up to see where it went. Your shoulders open, the racket face shifts and the ball sails long.

DICKHEAD™ pairs a technical headband with a calibrated tether and an anatomically responsive anchor. Lift your head too early and the cord tightens. The response is immediate, instinctive and considerably more memorable than hearing your coach yell, “Watch the bloody ball.”

Contemporary high-performance coaching increasingly considers a player’s dominant eye when shaping the forehand. Some players need a more frontal position to keep their preferred visual line on the ball; others can remain more side-on without losing it. DICKHEAD™ does not choose the stance. Its asymmetrical headband connection is set on the dominant-eye side, making the correct head alignment mechanically accountable through contact.

  1. 01

    Track

Let the dominant eye establish the clearest view of the approaching ball.

  2. 02

    Align

Set the head and stance so that visual line remains involved through the swing.

  3. 03

    Hold

Maintain that alignment through contact. The ball will manage without supervision.

  4. 04

    Learn

Move early and the tension line responds. Natural self-preservation handles the rest.
